How payment works

The audit

Paid up front. If you go ahead with a build within 60 days, the £495 comes off the price.

A build

Half to start and half when it goes live, once you have seen it working on your own examples.

Support

Monthly, by direct debit or invoice. Cancel any time with a month's notice.

Running costs

The tools it runs on, such as an automation platform or an AI service, are paid by you directly so the accounts stay yours. For most small businesses that is between £0 and £60 a month. I tell you the expected running costs before you agree to anything.

Is it worth it?

A quick way to see what the admin costs you now. Use your own numbers.

That admin costs you about

£7,800 a year

Automating most of it could give back around 3.5 hours a week, worth about £5,460 a year.

For comparison, a build costs from £1,500, plus any running costs. This is a rough guide using your figures, not a promise.

Every build includes

A fixed price

Agreed in writing before any work starts. If the job grows, we agree the change first.

Built and tested

Tried on your real examples before it goes live, and fine-tuned in the first weeks.

Plain instructions

A short guide to what was built, how it works and what to do if something changes.

Yours to keep

The accounts and set-up are in your name. You are never locked in to me.

Questions people ask

Are prices fixed?

Yes. You get a fixed price for each piece of work before I start. If you want to add something partway through, we agree the extra cost first.

Do I need the audit first?

No. If you already know the job you want automated, we can go straight to a build. The audit suits businesses that want to know where to start.

What does support cover?

Monitoring that it is running, fixing anything that breaks, keeping up with changes to the apps it connects to, and up to an hour a month of small changes.

Is VAT included?

FTW Digital is not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay.

Who pays for the software it uses?

You pay any software or AI subscriptions directly, so you always own the accounts. It is usually between £0 and £60 a month, and I tell you before you agree.

What if it doesn't work for my business?

You see it working on your own real examples before it goes live, and the second half is only paid at go-live. If the audit shows automation isn't worth it for you, I will say so.

Can I spread the cost?

For larger builds, the price can be split into monthly stages. Ask on the call.
