Enquiries
Never miss an enquiry again
Every new lead gets a reply in minutes, day or night. It lands in your CRM and gets a follow-up if it goes quiet. You step in when they are ready to talk.
In short
Enquiries from your website, email and messages get a quick reply in your tone, are logged in one place, and are chased if they go quiet. Anything unusual comes straight to you.
Works with
- Website forms
- Gmail and Outlook
- WhatsApp Business
- Facebook and Instagram
- HubSpot, Pipedrive or a spreadsheet
What it takes off your plate
A reply in your tone within minutes, using your prices, availability and FAQs. You set the rules, and anything unusual comes to you.
Website forms, emails and messages land in one list or your CRM, with nothing typed twice.
If someone goes quiet, a polite nudge goes out after the gap you choose, so leads stop slipping away.
Approve replies before they send, or let routine ones go. Every message is logged so you can see what was said.
An example. Illustrative, not a client result.
Example project
A two-van plumbing and heating firm
Before
The owner answered quote requests from his phone at night, and typed up invoices from job sheets every Sunday. Some enquiries went cold before he replied, and some invoices went out a fortnight late.

How it works
We look at your enquiries
Where they come in, and what a good reply looks like.
I build and test it
Replies, routing and follow-ups, tried on real examples first.
It goes live
You get a short guide, and I fine-tune it over the first weeks.
What I'll need from you
To get started
- Logins for where enquiries arrive (website form, email, social accounts)
- Your prices, services and the questions people usually ask
- Ten or so recent enquiries and how you answered them
- How you want to be told about anything unusual
Don't worry if you don't have all of this. We work it out together on the first call.
What it could cost
Most enquiry set-ups cost £1,500 to £3,000 to build. Support is from £95 a month.
You get a fixed price before anything starts, and you pay any software subscriptions directly.
Questions people ask
Will customers know a reply was written by AI?
Replies are written in your tone and signed the way you like. Some businesses add a line saying replies may be assisted. Anything tricky is passed to you.
What if it gets something wrong?
It only answers from what you have given it, and you can start with every reply needing your approval. Most owners let routine replies send on their own once they trust it.
Do I need a CRM?
No. It can use your inbox or a simple spreadsheet. If you already have a CRM, it plugs into that.
How long does it take to set up?
A simple set-up can be live within days. Bigger ones, with several channels and a CRM, usually take two to six weeks.
What happens if something breaks?
With support, I fix it, usually the same working day. Without support, you have the instructions, and I can fix it at a fixed price.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. It runs in accounts in your name, and you get the documentation. You are never locked in to me.
What’s the one job you’d
like off your list?
