AI automation services

What I automate

Business process automation for small firms: four kinds of work that eat into the week, and how each one can run by itself.

Enquiries

Replies in minutes, every lead logged, follow-ups that actually happen.

Data entry

Paperwork read for you and copied into every system that needs it.

Reports

A weekly summary of the numbers that matter, without the spreadsheet.

Private AI

AI on your own documents, hosted in the UK or on your own kit.

What business process automation means for a small firm

Business process automation sounds like something for large companies with IT departments. For a small business, it simply means the repeat jobs that follow the same steps every time, such as answering an enquiry, entering an invoice or pulling together the week's figures, run by themselves instead of by a person.

AI automation goes a step further. Older automation could only move information that was already tidy. AI can read an emailed receipt, understand what a customer is asking or write a plain-English summary of your numbers, so far more of the week can be handed over.

Every service below follows the same approach: start with one job, build it on the tools you already pay for, test it on your real examples, and keep you in control of anything that matters. Prices are fixed before I start.

Everyday jobs Smaller wins, same approach.

Invoicing

Jobs marked done become invoices with a payment link, and gentle reminders go out if they are not paid.

Questions people ask

Which service should I start with?

Usually the one that costs you the most evenings. For trades and salons that is often enquiries, and for accountants it is often data entry. The free call or an AI audit will tell you.

Do I have to change the software I use?

Almost never. Automation is built around the email, accounts and booking tools you already have. If something you use cannot connect, I will tell you before you spend anything.

Can you combine services?

Yes. Many projects do. A plumber might have enquiry replies and automatic invoicing, and a practice might have data entry plus a weekly report. Each part is priced up front.
