Financial advisers
AI for financial advisers: less admin around the meeting
AI for financial advisers. Meeting notes drafted, forms chased and review invitations prepared, with the advice staying with you and every client message approved.
The first call is free. Prices start from £495 for an audit, £1,500 for a build and £95 a month for support. You own what is built, or I run it for you.
What I can take off your hands
Meeting follow-up drafted
A draft file note and follow-up email are prepared from your notes, ready for you to edit and approve.
Forms and documents chased
Fact-find forms and document requests go out, are chased on a schedule and are filed against the right client.
Review invitations prepared
Invitations are drafted from your own client list at the dates you choose, for you to approve.
Private AI for your documents
Search your own notes and guidance without putting client details into a public chatbot.
A week, before and after
Where the time goes in a typical financial adviser week, and what it could look like with the admin handled.
| The job | Now | With automation |
|---|---|---|
| Writing up client meetings | An hour after each meeting | A draft note and email to edit and approve |
| Chasing fact-find forms | 2 hours of emails | Sent and chased on a schedule |
| Filing client documents | Dragging into folders | Filed against the right client |
| Sending review invitations | Late, when someone remembers | Drafted at the dates you choose, for approval |
| Seeing who is due a review | Searching a spreadsheet | A weekly list |
How AI helps a financial advice firm
For a small advice firm the admin sits around the meeting, not in it. Notes to write, forms to chase, documents to file and review invitations to send, all done by the people best placed to advise.
The first win is meeting follow-up. A draft file note and client email are prepared from your own notes, ready for you to edit and approve. The second is chasing: fact-find forms and document requests go out and are chased on a schedule.
AI never gives the advice. It prepares and chases, and a person approves anything that reaches a client. That keeps the judgement with you and the typing with the machine.
Client data is stored in the UK and the AI processing runs through business API accounts hosted in Europe. I put in writing which tools touch your data before you agree to anything, and you stay responsible for compliance.
Where most financial advisers start. Illustrative, not a client result.
Example project
A two-adviser independent financial planning firm
Before
After each client meeting an adviser spent an hour writing up notes and a follow-up email. Fact-find forms and document requests were chased by hand, and annual review invitations went out late because nobody owned the diary.
What could be built
- Meeting notes and the adviser's own recorded summary are turned into a draft file note and follow-up email, which the adviser edits and approves
- Fact-find forms and document requests are sent, chased on a schedule and filed in the right client folder
- Review invitations go out from the firm's own client list at the dates the firm chooses, for the adviser to approve
- Anything involving advice or a recommendation stays with the adviser, and nothing reaches a client without approval
Could save
About 7 hours a week
Could free up around 7 hours a week across the two advisers, with notes written the same day.
Example cost
£3,000 to build, then £95 a month
Time to build
4 weeks
Questions people ask
Is this for a small firm?
Yes. A firm with one to a handful of advisers is the kind of business I work with.
Does it give advice?
No. It prepares and chases, and a person approves anything that reaches a client.
What does it cost?
Prices start from £1,500 for a build, and you get a written quote before I start. See the pricing page, or ask on a free call.
Will it give financial advice?
No. It drafts notes, chases forms and sends invitations. Advice and recommendations always come from you, and anything client-facing can stay on approval for as long as you want.
Is it safe to put client financial details into an AI tool?
Not into a public chatbot. Client data is stored in the UK, and the AI processing runs through business API accounts hosted in Europe, whose terms say your data isn't used to train their models. I put in writing which tools touch your data before you agree to anything, and you stay responsible for compliance.
Does it work with our client record system?
I can connect Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and the other tools I work with, and most systems that can send and receive email or data. Tell me what you use on the first call and I will say whether I can connect it before you spend anything.
Do you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. I'll sign a data processing agreement if you need one. I also hold professional indemnity insurance.
How it is delivered Your choice.
I build it in your own n8n, Make or Zapier account and hand it over with written instructions. The accounts are in your name. Run it yourself, or add support from £95 a month.
I host and manage it for you on a monthly care plan. You do not have to look after any of it, and I deal with it if something stops working. The monthly amount is in your quote.
