Sectors

Who I work with

Owner-run businesses where the admin lands on a few busy people. These are the ones I know best.

Trades

Quotes, bookings and invoices handled while you are on the tools.

Accountants

AI for accountants: receipts, client chasing and onboarding, with client data kept private.

Solicitors

AI for law firms: enquiries, intake and matter admin, with documents kept on private AI.

Salons

Messages, bookings and reminders handled between clients.

Why I focus on these businesses

Every sector has its own admin. A plumber loses evenings to quote requests, a practice loses a day a week to receipts, a law firm loses enquiries that arrive at the weekend, and a salon loses money to no-shows. Knowing the work means less time explaining and a set-up that fits from day one.

These four are where I see the same problems most often, and where AI and automation reliably give hours back. The approach is the same everywhere, though, so if your business answers enquiries, sends invoices or copies information between systems, it will probably work for you too.

Other businesses too. The same ideas fit most small firms.

Shops, cleaning firms, clinics, agencies and more. If you answer enquiries, send invoices or copy data between systems, the same approach works.

Example project

An online gift shop run by a couple

Sales, stock and customer emails were spread across Shopify, a spreadsheet and two inboxes.

Could free up around 3 hours a week, and spot problems sooner

Example project

A cleaning company with twelve part-time staff

Staff sent hours by text and WhatsApp.

Could free up around 5 hours a week, with far fewer typing mistakes

Questions people ask

My business is not listed. Can you still help?

Probably. Shops, cleaning firms, clinics, agencies and consultancies all have the same kinds of admin. Arrange a free call and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth doing.

Do you work with businesses outside your area?

Yes. I work remotely with businesses across the UK, by video call and phone.

What’s the one job you’d
like off your list?

Tell me on a free 20-minute call. We’ll look at how you do it now, what could change and whether it’s worth doing.

No preparation, no pressure. You’ll speak directly to Neil.
